Your agreement with us
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use Easypanel's websites, account and support services, software, and paid licenses (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Easypanel for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using Easypanel
Easypanel is a self-hosted server management panel. Subject to these Terms and any license terms that accompany the software, you may use it to manage servers and deploy applications for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for:
- your servers, applications, content, users, and backups;
- securing your infrastructure, credentials, domains, and third-party accounts;
- having the rights and permissions needed for anything you deploy;
- following applicable laws and third-party provider terms.
You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, interfere with our systems, evade license limits, or help others do so.
Accounts and teams
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing who can access your team.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account or license has been compromised. We may suspend access while we investigate a security issue.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are licensed per server unless the offer says otherwise. The price, billing period, included features, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to the terms presented during its checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel before the next renewal and keep paid access through the end of the current billing period; your installation can then continue on the available free plan.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. Contact [email protected] with your purchase details to request a refund. Refunds required by law are not limited by this policy.
Self-hosting and your data
Easypanel runs on infrastructure you choose and control. We do not host, control, or back up your deployed applications or their data as part of the standard self-hosted product. Using Easypanel does not transfer ownership of that content to us.
Your hosting provider, domain registrar, source-code host, storage provider, and other integrations are separate services. You are responsible for those relationships and for checking that each service meets your security, privacy, and availability needs.
Ownership and feedback
Easypanel and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, brand, website, and software except for rights expressly granted under an applicable open-source or commercial license. These Terms do not give you permission to use Easypanel trademarks or branding in a way that suggests endorsement.
If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. You keep ownership of any content you submit through support or feedback tools, while giving us permission to use it as needed to respond and operate those tools.
Changes, availability, and support
We continuously improve Easypanel and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update plan limits or prices, but a price change will not affect a current paid billing period. We will give reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects paid users.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular support response time, or that every feature will remain available forever.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easypanel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the Services. When practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.
General terms
These Terms, any terms shown at checkout, and any applicable software license are the agreement between you and Easypanel for the Services. If they conflict, specific purchase or software license terms control for that subject.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Applicable law governs these Terms, and disputes must be brought before a court with jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services or laws change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably possible. Continuing to use the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
